MEC is lead by its President and Principal Engineer, Verlyn A. Miller, P.E. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Miller has gained a reputation for timely and cost effective delivery of projects, developing strong working relationships with clients, and delivering unrivaled customer service. Mr. Miller has lead engineering projects in both the public and private sector with an emphasis on grading and drainage projects, transportation, and utility projects.

Mr. Miller is MEC’s President and Principal Engineer. Mr. Miller has over twenty seven years of experience in the civil engineering and water resource engineering field. Mr. Miller’s experience includes both project management and comprehensive planning and design experience.His broad range of civil engineering design experience includes highway drainage, arterial roadway design, rural roadway design, traffic control, alignment studies, flood control, utility design and site grading and drainage.Mr. Miller has also served as project manager on a wide variety of civil engineering projects ranging from small municipal infrastructure to large highway projects. During his twenty seven year career,Mr. Miller has designed and administered civil engineering projects in excess of 300 million dollars.
